SHIPPING OPTIONS AND CHARGES

ZhenSpa™ accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States and Canada (excludes APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, and U.S. Territories). We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

ZhenSpa™ orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for your order. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."

United States Postal Service (USPS) most orders are delivered within 2-3 days via USPS priority mail.

FedEx Standard Service
Most orders with Standard Service are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.

FedEx 2nd Day Service
Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at 1.888.876.ZHEN (9436). The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
