Exchanges and Returns

All ZhēnSpa products are 100% guaranteed and eligible for exchange or a complete refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason.  A refund, minus shipping and handling, will be issued upon receipt of returned product(s) with a valid RMA number within 48 hours.  Refunds will be credited to the account used to make the initial purchase.  We will not accept exchanges or issue a refund for any packages marked return to sender or refused. We recommend you get proof of shipment for your records if you choose to send a return package for a refund.

To obtain an exchange or a refund please take the following steps:

Step One: Call (888) 876–ZHEN (9436) within 30 days of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number is valid for 30 days.

Step Two: Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.  For a return to be accepted the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be visible on the outside of the box containing the returned product(s) or empty packaging and/or bottles.

Step Four: Return product* within 30 days after receiving your RMA number.  To receive your refund we must receive the returned product within 30 days after the RMA number was issued or the RMA number expires and is no longer valid.  No products will be accepted for refund after this 30 day period.
