ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. FedEx 2nd Day shipping orders, placed by 3:00 PM MST will be processed and shipped the same day (except major holidays), depending on product availability.

ZhenSpa.com accepts orders being shipped to U.S. and Canadian destinations ONLY. We're sorry, at this time we are unable to accept orders being shipped to international destinations.

Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

ORDER STATUS

A key benefit of setting up an account with us is the ability to check the status of your most recent orders by logging into your account and selecting Orders from the panel on the right of the screen. A list of previous orders will appear along with the status and dates of each individual order. This is the easiest and quickest way to get current information regarding your ZhenSpa.com order. If you do not have an account set up with us, and have questions you may email our customer service department at cs@zhenspa.com or contact us at 1.888.876.ZHEN (9436) or contact us via Live Agent on our website.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your order via the carrier's Web site, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

item(s) not available.
Difficulty in processing payment information.
Cannot ship to address provided.
Duplicate order was placed.
Cancelled due to a customer request.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. ITEM AVAILABILITY

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1.888.876.ZHEN (9436) and we will be happy to assist you.

ZhenSpa™ accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We accept ZhenSpa™ gift certificates.

We're sorry, we do not accept the following methods of payment:

CODs, personal checks, money orders, credit cards with billing address outside the United States or Canada, or layaway.

Please Note: For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria’s.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS

We're sorry. We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States or Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

SALES TAX

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped in Florida. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to email us at customer service.
