You'll be asked to create a username and password to access your personal affiliate control panel. In your control panel you can view all links and banner ads available for placement on your site. Once you’ve created and gained access to your control panel, follow the instructions provided to learn how to select and place the ads and links on your websites and in personal blogs and social network sites.

We've partnered with WCI MegaMedia to make it easy for each Affiliate to access banners and links, monitor and track sales, and view commission reports via the personal control panel.  Once you have accessed your control panel, instructions on how to navigate our user friendly program for real time reports is provided in the FAQ section.  Located on the main page is also a section offering advice on how to best promote our products once you become an Affiliate.

You are only responsible for honestly promoting our exceptional products using the tag generator, banners, creatives, and links that enable you to create and place links on your site. We handle everything else.

Select banners and links to place in emails you send to family and friends and on personal sites (i.e. personal blogs, myspace.com pages, business websites, etc.). Write reviews about the products or recommend your site’s visitors take our online skin type quiz for personalized product recommendations and advice. Refer others to our affiliate program and earn commissions on their promotion efforts. Our Affiliate Program is a revenue-sharing program, and is not designed to increase traffic to your site. We do however allow you to add valuable and compelling content from our site to yours, so your user-return rate may be higher. We do ask however that any articles or information you use from our site on your personal blogs or business websites is appropriately credited to ZhenSpa

We take care of all sales, order processing, and customer service issues for the customers you refer to our site.  You and your customers can contact our customer service via email at affiliate@ZhēnSpa.com , or by using our ZhēnSpa Live Agent feature found online.

Most blogs and sites qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program. Anyone can submit an application, and we will accept a wide variety of sites into our program. However, we reserve the right to refuse membership to a site or revoke your membership at any time if we determine that your site contains objectionable material or your does not comply with our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. We want you to be able to easily share our ZhenSpa™ products and treatments with your friends and family. Every banner and link can be added to emails and social network sites such as MySpace, Vox.com, Friendster, LinkedIn, etc. Start promoting the program through these avenues, and expand your marketing efforts at anytime if you later decide to create a website or start a blog.

Yes, International Affiliates are welcome, but please not that we currently ONLY ship ZhēnSpa products to the United States and Canada.  You must therefore cater to customers residing in the U.S. and Canada.

A commission is earned each time your customer clicks through to our site using a banner or link you’ve placed on your personal site (i.e. personal blogs, myspace.com pages, business websites, etc.) and make a purchase. Plus, when you refer a friend and they become a ZhenSpa™ Affiliate, you’ll earn commissions on sales from their promotion efforts as well.

Earnings from the Affiliate Program vary and depend on your Web site and visitors.  However, because we have a generous Two-Tiered Commission Structure, you're able to leverage your efforts by earning commissions on the promotional efforts of those you refer to our program and also become Affiliates.

You’ll earn 20% of all sales resulting from direct referrals, and 10% of all sales from ZhenSpa™ Affiliates you directly refer to our program.

We've created an extremely generous commission structure designed to motivate you to share our exceptional products and philosophy with others. Your Affiliate control panel allows you to access real-time reporting, which provides information on impressions, click-throughs, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.

Merchandise sales are calculated for commission withdrawal 30 days after purchase.  Commissions paid on returned merchandise, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited from current and/or future commissions earned on that transaction.

Commissions will accrue in your account and can be viewed on the main page of your personal Affiliate Control Panel.  To qualify for payment withdrawal, your account must meet a $50 minimum in commission earned, and meet the 30 day withdrawal period.  All commissions are paid through PayPal. 

You must create an account to get paid.  We have elected to use PayPal to pay our Affiliates, because it is a fast and convenient way to send and receive money securely through the internet.  With over 45 million accounts in 45 countries worldwide, it is the largest online payment solution.  It is easy and free to create an account, just visit www.paypal.com. Choose either a personal or business account.  We will pay our Affiliates through authorized PayPal accounts ONLY.  Once an account has been created, select the My Profile link under My Account on your Affiliate Dashboard (the control panel).  Here you can enter your PayPal information under the Payment Method section of your information profile.  If you already have a PayPal account, follow the same instructions and add the information to your profile.

Sales are monitored as often as you like by accessing reports through your control panel.

You are able to run real-time reports any time you access your control panel.  This reporting allows you to make adjustments to your site or modify a keyword bid that may not be performing.

To ensure accurate and reliable tracking, we use a combination of cookies and IP addresses. A visitor follows your affiliate link to our site via banner or text links and our affiliate system registers this referral and places a cookie on his or her computer. After the visitor pays for the product the affiliate system checks for the cookie (if not found it will check for the IP address of the referral) and credits your account with a commission. This process is absolutely automatic. We also offer comprehensive affiliate support via email and live chat to answer specific questions or concerns about your account.
