2. When will backordered items be available?
We are sorry for any inconvenience a backorder may have caused. We are working diligently to restock these items in a timely manner. If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. 3. Does ZhēnSpa offer gift certificates?
Yes we do! To make gift giving convenient we allow you to purchase an eGift certificate in any denomination starting at $25 up to $500. The gift certificates do not have an expiration date and can be used multiple times until the full value of the certificate is used. To track the value remaining on the gift certificate the recipient can log into their account and view a record of purchases and the remaining dollar value.
4. How do I order/redeem a gift certificate?
To order a gift certificate log into your account and click on the link located on the right side of the screen labeled gift certificates, select a dollar amount, and add to the cart to checkout. You may also contact customer service at 1.888.876.ZHEN (9436) between the hours of 9:00AM MST and 4:00PM MST and order an eGift certificate directly from one of our customer service reps.
To redeem an eGift certificate, enter the gift certificate code at the bottom of the checkout screen and click apply. When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your ZhēnSpa eGift Certificate, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your eGift Certificate will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card.
eGift certificates are delivered via email and the sender's name and email address are included for the recipient. There is no charge for email delivery. For shipments that contain eGift certificates and other items, shipping and handling charges will be based upon the amount of the merchandise purchased. eGift certificate amounts are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges.
Refunds for returned items that were paid for with an eGift certificate will be credited back as an eGift certificate.
